3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business interests. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Airlines, hotels, and tour operators may occasionally need to make changes to schedules, itineraries, or accommodations. While we will make every effort to notify you of significant changes, we are not liable for minor alterations that do not substantially affect your travel plans.
